Get the Cleaning Solution Ready: Mix the cleaning solution with water following the instructions on the package. An ideal mixture ratio of water and white vinegar is 1:1, which means with 1  litre of water you’ll have to mix 1 litre of white vinegar.

Prepare the coffee maker: Now you’ll put the mixed solution from step 2 and put it into the water tank of your Braun coffee maker. Then you should also put an empty coffee pot under the drip spout of the coffee maker. This is where the coffee usually drips into when brewing.

Start the Cleaning Program: Press the CLEAN button on your coffee maker. Some Braun models may require you to press the BREW button after that.
